TERMS

An advance payment of £500.00 is payable at the commencement of the search.

A Finders Fee of 1.5% of the total property sale price is payable to Rustic Moves Ltd. upon presentation of their invoice. This invoice will be issued upon exchange of contract and is to be settled within 30 days.

An allowance for VAT should be added to our fees at the current rate.
